hehe back from the holidays. sch starting once again. had a very enjoyable festival with dear starting from christmas to new year day. went for a nice and cheap (relatively) christmas eve dinner at sizzler with dear. went for a movie after midnight. took a lot of photos at orchard road with all the xmas decorations after the show too :)
went to science centre on the 29th. haha haven been there for so many years! it was quite fun. sat on the simulator once again and it was still as fun as many years ago when i was younger. watched deep sea in the imax theatre as well. the show wasnt tat gd though...a bit draggy and not too exciting. but the feeling of watching an imax show was still enough to get me excited...haha. some pictures.
us with our "iSpace" card. with this card we can explore new technology in our daily life. tink many of u might have seen the sci centre commercial abt iFuture on TVmobile. this is it ;)
a very beautiful tunnel. the lights are motion activated.
a virtual pond. u can wave ur hand above the lcd screen and u can see ripples on the surface of the water and leaves moving.
this is a device where u can just tilt and turn the table to zoom in on anywhere in the world...something like google world.
there are many more interesting exhibits...check it out if u have the time and money ;)
went to watch the fireworks at esplanade on new year eve. breathtaking display. but the transport back was very bad. took so long to just squeeze out of tat crowd and had to stand for more than 1 hour on the nightrider when a normal bus ride would have just taken half an hour.
the breakfast tat dear made for me on new year day. delicious~ :)
ok its the end of the festive season. back to sch and quizzes and test and project once again :( . hope u guys had a happy new year and may u fulfill ur resolutions.
