my internet was down for a few days and i only found the time to sit down and call the technical helpline yesterday nite. feel kinda handicapped without a internet connection.
anyway i had a very packed weekend but somehow dun feel tired at all. went to mos/clinic after work on friday. first time using my cannery card since getting it. feels gd not to queue or pay any cover charges. and luckily so. the cover charge for clinic is $15 and it is really quite small and boring inside. we left after touring one round of the place.
went to kok keng's gig on sat after tennis in the morning. haven get to see him perform before and i liked the idea of an underground rock concert so decided to go down. they are really gd. they even have a couple of self composed songs tat i liked. just that the vocals got drowned out by the loud instruments at times. went to queensway with belle to get her specs and contact lens after tat. watched a mindless thriller on sat too. theres nothing redeeming abt Vacancy at all; there are too many loopholes in the plot. but still somebody was scared stiff :p .
played golf again yesterday! this time i din give up after missing the ball for a few times. finally was able to hit the ball over some distance consistently. got proper coaching from belle's uncle after trying a while on my own. hopefully i will get better after practising my swing at home this week :)
had dinner at a nice restaurant ma maison last week. shall give a short review and post pics soon :)
went for my basic cardiac life support course today. im a certified CPR personnel once again. not tat anyone would wish for me to perform cpr on them though...haha. the course was quite fun. not the lesson itself, but the company i went with. had a gd time catching up with my seniors...all of them are now doing advanced imaging...so envious. turned out tat one of my seniors is not tat dao after all. she was rather dao to me when i was a student. however yest she came to my dept to help out as there was an overwhelming number of patients. we were clearing the cases damn fast and having fun doing tat as well. she even came back early from lunch so tat i can go for mine earlier...so nice of her. speaking of which, the number of patients yest was really terrifying. it was the most i've ever seen in my 2 months of full time work and many weeks of attachment. no staff went for lunch till after 1pm when normally we will start rotating ard 1130. despite our efforts, some patients just take their anger out on us. rather demoralising.
i really dunno how u feel...so confused...shall not expect anything anymore.
realised i looked like a drug addict in the previous picture. so freaking pale. i need the sun!
its been some time since i blogged. life has been gd recently. was in ot tis week and it has been smooth sailing. the first day on my own after two days of training went well. will be in ot again next week. kinda used to office hours now...dunno how will i adapt when i start shift.
transformers was better than the good old days. watched it on the first day it opened. those of u who havent watch it yet go book the next available tics. had to rush thru a nice dinner before the movie coz i was late :(
the dinner tat i had to rush thru. but we still managed to finish the food :P
went sentosa again last sat. but this time its not to play beach vball. went to play the sentosa luge again, watched the songs of the sea and cafe del mar. this time i din brake at all and its so much more fun trying to avoid ppl on the way. my luge almost overturned...haha.

songs of the sea was wonderful. for those of u who dunno, its sort of like the new musical fountain. the effects are spectacular. islander rate is only $4!

cafe del mar is quite beautiful at night. only been there once in the afternoon so tis time went there for dinner and some after dinner drinks. the food there is not worth the money. or maybe its just the grilled chicken and seabass. its 28+++ for a small portion of average food. maybe its the ambience ba...but i wonder y is the drinks so affordable then...haha. there was this grp of every conspicuous guys touching each other's butts and groins in the pool. one even bared his butt. almost everyone was looking at them...haha.
